TRADITIONAL HEALING REDEFINED FOR TODAY'S TIME
Cupping therapy and coining (also called gua sha or scraping) are time-honored methods used across many cultures to release tension, restore circulation, and encourage the body’s natural healing response.
When infused, they create a powerful synergy: cupping gently lifts the tissues to promote fresh blood flow and lymphatic movement, while coining applies smooth, rhythmic pressure that helps loosen tight fascia and clear metabolic buildup.
The result is a deep, lasting sense of relief and revitalization throughout the muscles and connective tissues.

EASTERN INTELLIGENCE
From an Eastern perspective, these techniques open the meridians and free the flow of Qi (Chi)—the vital energy that nourishes every organ and cell. By releasing stagnation and balancing the movement of Qi, clients often experience not only physical relief but also greater emotional ease and mental clarity.

MODERN SCIENCE
Modern science is beginning to illuminate how these ancient concepts connect with the Western understanding of the fascia, the body’s continuous web of connective tissue. Fascia transmits mechanical, chemical, and even subtle electrical signals through the body, much like the pathways described in traditional medicine.
When energy work and manual therapy are combined, both systems—energetic and physical—are harmonized. This integration enhances recovery, eases chronic tension, supports immune and lymphatic function, and restores the body’s natural rhythm.

A CUP ABOVE THE BEST
Each session is customized to meet your individual needs, blending the precision of modern anatomy with the wisdom of Eastern healing arts. Whether you’re seeking deep muscular relief, faster recovery, or simply a greater sense of balance and vitality, this integrated approach offers a truly holistic path toward wellness and renewal.

CREATE THE VIBE
To help create a calm, safe, and effective environment for your treatment, please take a few minutes to prepare your space before I arrive.
1. Choose a Quiet, Comfortable Area:
Select a space large enough for a massage table (about 6–7 ft long) with room for me to move around all sides. Ideally, use a private room free from distractions or heavy traffic.
2. Good Lighting & Temperature:
Natural light is great, but soft indoor lighting works too. Make sure the space is warm enough for you to relax comfortably—cupping works best when your body stays warm.
3. Keep Pets Secure:
Feel free to put away or separate pets during the session if they are allergic to humans.
4. Clear the Area:
Remove clutter or fragile items near the treatment space. Have a small side table available if possible—for oils, cups, and supplies.
5. Music & Ambiance:
If you’d like music, soft instrumental or calming sounds are perfect. Feel free to prepare a playlist
6. Accessibility:
If parking or access to your home is limited, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.
